WEATHER POLICY:

Deposits are non-refundable, if your INFLATABLE must be canceled due to weather you can reschedule or you will be issued a rain check that can be used within the next 365 days. In cases such as:

🌬️High winds over 15 MPH

🌡️Temperatures below 40 degrees

❄ Ice or Snow on the ground

☔ Steady precipitation expected all day

⛈ Thunder, lightening or a 70% chance of severe weather the day of the event

You must notify us no later than 8PM the evening prior to delivery if you are canceling due to weather
